In 2003 ESA S.p.A bought 100% of Pyronics S.A./N.V. thus acquiring ownership of the Pyronics trademark and of all technological intellectual property. In 2018, ESA S.p.A and Pyronics International S.A./N.V merged to become ESA Pyronics International. As part of the SIAD group, ESA Pyronics International is emerging a global dominant force in in the generation of innovative combustion solutions.
