The Camstat Henry Technology S-6311 Discharge Line Muffler reduces pressure pulsations downstream of the Compressor. The Muffler is designed to be installed directly after the compressor. Henry Technologies’ Discharge Line Mufflers are suitable for use with HCFC and HFC refrigerants, and their associated oils, as well as other industrial fluids non-corrosive to steel and copper. The Muffler reduces noise caused by gas pulsations, by allowing the gas to expand inside muffler chambers. Mufflers have internal baffles which are designed to dampen and smooth out low and high-frequency compressor gas sound waves.
