​The Fireye 95DSS3-1 InSight II Flame Scanner is a microprocessor-based device designed for precise flame detection in industrial combustion systems.  Utilizing both infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) sensors, it offers enhanced accuracy in monitoring flame presence and characteristics.  This dual-sensor approach allows for reliable discrimination between the targeted flame and other light sources, ensuring dependable operation.

Equipped with two internal flame relays featuring adjustable ON/OFF thresholds, the 95DSS3-1 eliminates the need for an external flame amplifier.  Additionally, it provides two 4–20 mA analog outputs for signal transmission.  The scanner operates on a 24 VDC power supply and includes electronic self-checking capabilities to maintain consistent performance.  For connectivity, this model features one 8-pin and one 12-pin electrical cable quick disconnect, facilitating straightforward installation and maintenance. 

The InSight II series is designed to integrate seamlessly with burner management systems, offering real-time monitoring and diagnostics.  Its robust construction and advanced detection capabilities make it suitable for various industrial applications, including boilers and furnaces.  The 95DISP-1 Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) accessory is also available.
