The EA79A1004 is an automatic air vent that has a 3/4" NPT pipe male pipe thread with a 1/2" NPT female connection size.  It has a brass body construction with 150 psi maximum pressure, 250°F (120°C) temperature rating, and up to 450 psi maximum safety pressure rating.

The automatic air vent is suitable for industrial applications in hot water or cold water systems.  The unit is used to purge air in high-pressure mains and equipment.  It also features a built-in shutoff valve that allows servicing without turning off the system.

The EA79A1004 is easy to install and can be operated by turning the air vent body counterclockwise to the open position.  The Q122A1001 safe waste connector accessory is also available.
