The P14A0318-903 is an electronic thermostat that has a power rating of 120V, 50/60 Hz, and 2 to 20 amps. It has a 150 to 550°F temperature range and 0°C to +70°C ambient operating temperature.

The Pakstat Series I electronic thermostat is suitable for use with mechanical, pneumatic, and DIN-packaged controller applications. The unit is ideal for precise temperature control with a narrow dead band that provides excellent performance.

The P14A0318-903 is quick and easy to install with quick-connect terminals with an adjustable wire sensor that removes the issues of capillary tube kinking and breakage. The 01724601-001 sensor is also available.

I have a Paktronics P14A0318951, 73951107 thermostat for a heated floor in a bathroom. The temperature range for this appears to be very high for a heated floor. But, I have no idea. It is a 25 year old thermostat.

I have a paragon electric kiln with this type of control switch an I believe I need to replace it, so my question is will this switch work on my kiln ? It has a number on back which P14A0318417987 an a name of PAKTRONICS on it.

Unfortunately the Maxitrol P14A0318417987 seems to be an OEM part and you would need to check with your Paragon the Kiln OEM for this part.

Yes, the sensor is available for purchase separately. It is the Maxitrol 01724601-001, which is currently in stock. It's a 48" lead.
