The Honeywell Resideo M847A1031 is a two-position SPST draft damper actuator designed for 24 VAC, 60 Hz operation.  It includes a mounting bracket, allowing for wall, duct, or direct appliance installation using a 38” chain linkage.  UL Recognized design for safety compliance.

Equipped with a spring-return fail-safe mode, delivering a torque rating of 1.9 lb-in. (0.21 Nm) and a maximum run time of 20 seconds.  When energized, the actuator wheel rotates clockwise, with a 45-degree maximum stroke angle.  Adjustable range stops provide added flexibility, enabling precise customization to suit specific HVAC system requirements.

Built for durability, this component operates in humidity levels ranging from 5% to 95% RH and temperatures between 40°F and 125°F (5°C to 50°C).  It includes anti-rotation and drive shaft extensions for direct mounting to 7/16-inch diameter coupling-style dampers.  It supports both direct-coupled and foot-mounted installations in horizontal and vertical orientations.

Serves as a replacement for M847A1080 and M847D1004 models, as well as ARD and ZD zone dampers, this actuator is compatible with two-wire 24V room thermostats and low-voltage controllers for managing draft dampers in solid fuel furnaces, boilers, and light-duty applications.
