Trane MOT18698 is an OEM electronically commutated (ECM) outdoor condenser fan motor assembly designed for high-efficiency Trane air conditioning and heat pump systems using common refrigerant gases such as R410A or R22.

This 1/3 HP, 208 – 230V, 50/60 Hz motor with integrated control module delivers variable-speed operation from roughly 200 to 1200 RPM, allowing the condensing unit to match airflow to load for quieter starts, reduced energy use, and improved comfort.
