Joseph thank you for reaching out with your concerns with the inducer fan assembly. As we discussed on the phone this morning failed parts are a rare but inescapable problem. Thank you for submitting a warranty return request and we have processed that for you. Hopefully if you order the replacement, or wait for the item to undergo the warranty claim, you will be pleased with the replacement. As I mentioned this morning, warranty claims do take a few weeks to process in full since most parts need to be bench tested by the manufacturer, however we will try to push to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
